Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist

Part-Time Lash Artist

HDLASH is seeking a part-time Lash Artist who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to continue growing their skills. This position is ideal for someone with lash experience who is looking to build confidence, expand their service offerings, and grow within a professional beauty environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension services with attention to detail and client satisfaction
• Provide lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, brow tinting, brow shaping, waxing, and threading services
• Consult with clients to recommend services that best suit their goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience
• Take before and after photos of your work when appropriate
• Assist with daily salon operations and contribute to a professional team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• 1–3 years of eyelash extension experience required
• Strong isolation and application skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work
• Able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Open to feedback, continued education, and learning new techniques
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best

Training & Growth

Experience with lash lifts, lash tinting, brow laminations, brow shaping, waxing, and threading is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to learn and perform all services offered on the salon menu. Training will be provided for services in which additional education or experience is needed.

Audition Required

Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a lash set audition as part of the interview process.
