• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage with precision and care
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct body waxing, makeup application, nail care, and product demos to educate clients on skincare routines and available products
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Lead retail sales efforts by recommending products suited to individual skin types and concerns, boosting revenue opportunities
• Train and mentor team members on treatment techniques, sanitation protocols, and customer engagement strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continuously improve service quality
