Duties

• Provide advanced esthetic treatments including, dermabrasion.
• Lead and mentor team members to uphold service excellence, product knowledge, and technical skills.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored skincare solutions.
• Perform product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and treatment benefits to enhance their results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all treatment areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety.
• Manage retail sales by promoting skincare products and services that meet individual client goals.
• Oversee scheduling, client follow-ups, and ensure a seamless flow of appointments to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare treatments.
• Proven experience in esthetic, dermabrasion.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a sterile treatment environment.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and promote retail sales effectively.
• Prior leadership experience or a desire to develop leadership skills within the esthetic field is preferred.
