• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair care and styling techniques
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and salon policies
• Use salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently
• Upsell retail products such as hair color, styling tools, skincare items, and makeup to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair coloring, threading, makeup application, and retail sales strategies
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements
