Licensed Cosmetologist/ Barber

We are a busy barbershop shop in Windsor, Colorado looking to hire for a booth renter

We are needing a cosmetologist and or Barber with a flexible schedule who brings experience, skill and pride to the chair and men's grooming. Someone who is career focused, values a clean shop, a strong team, and a positive atmosphere.

Our amazing clients come to us not only for the haircuts, but for the experience too! (we include a shampoo/steam towel and shoulder massage with every single haircut service!)

• What You Provide
• Your own professional tools and equipment
• Experience in a barbershop or men’s grooming setting
• Active Barber or Cosmetology license
• High‐quality grooming services (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.)
• Participation in daily shop upkeep
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service/client care-skills
• Ability to manage and grow your own clientele
• YOUR OWN CLIPPERCIDE/ONE USE STRAIGHT RAZOR BLADES

What the Shop Provides

• Dedicated barber station
• Utilities (water, electricity, Wi‐Fi)
• Clean, professional environment
• Backbar products
• Towels and laundry machines (washer/dryer)
• Access to walk‐ins

Compensation

• We offer a 60/40 commission split, where you keep 60% of your service revenue as well as 100% of your tips
• Pay is on a weekly basis
