• Deliver personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize client flow and service quality.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and promote special treatments through engaging product demos and excellent customer service.
• Handle front desk duties including greeting guests, managing bookings via salon management systems, and providing exceptional guest services.
• Stay updated on industry trends like color theory, hair threading techniques, straight razor shaving, and med spa innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
