Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, makeup application, facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser procedures, and tattooing.
• Deliver personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize client flow and service quality.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products and promote special treatments through engaging product demos and excellent customer service.
• Handle front desk duties including greeting guests, managing bookings via salon management systems, and providing exceptional guest services.
• Stay updated on industry trends like color theory, hair threading techniques, straight razor shaving, and med spa innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
• Manage social media accounts to showcase work, promote special offers, and attract new clients while fostering community engagement.
• Assist with retail sales targets by educating clients about product benefits and new treatments.

Skills

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare and haircare techniques.
• Strong management skills with experience using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven ability in customer service excellence with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment at all times.
• Experience with advanced treatments including dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser therapy, Botox injections, tattooing, and body waxing.
• Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes and brand promotion.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies to meet revenue goals through product demos and personalized recommendations.
