Duties

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including hair styling, and barbering to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure client safety.
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products or services.
• Upsell retail products confidently using retail math techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist with active certification in all relevant specialties.
• Proven expertise in color theory, hair styling, barbering, and nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments.
• Ability to perform retail sales efficiently while demonstrating product knowledge through upselling strategies.
• Excellent manual dexterity combined with a passion for continuous learning in the latest beauty trends and techniques.
