What You'll Do

• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, balayage, highlights, and other salon services
• Consult with clients and recommend services and products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current on beauty trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan Cosmetology License required
• Experience preferred, but motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and continued learning
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
