We are seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit that will champion the careers of our Cerologists® and business to success. This person must thrive in the area to support and manage multiple locations . This person must be able to confidently manage all aspects of the business from client service, human resource management, local marketing/PR, inventory, and fiscal accountability. This person will also be passionate about the beauty industry, engaged in ongoing learning, and enthusiastic about the local community the studio serves. The District Manager must love to work with a team and provide them with support and help them to grow in their individual stores .

SUMMARY

The District Manager position is responsible for all locations assigned to them. Day to Day contact and supervision with Studio Managers.

The District Manager will also work closely with owner(s) to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
