Job Summary

Dermatology Associates of Oakbrook Terrace, conveniently located in the heart of Chicago’s western suburbs, is a comprehensive private practice for adult, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. We are looking to hire an experienced, Full-time Licensed Esthetician who is enthusiastic, dependable and motivated to join our growing medical aesthetics team!

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License
• Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
• Driven to provide exceptional patient care and results
• Comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations to educate patients on skincare products and treatment plans
• Knowledgeable in recommending retail skincare products
• Skilled in marketing, social media, and helping grow the practice
• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
• Proficient in:
• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments
• Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
• Microneedling
• Customized Facials
• Microdermabrasion
• PDT treatments
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Recommend professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and patient engagement
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment
