Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, nano needling,hydrofacials, body waxing and other aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterile in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as boulevard to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently.
• Assist clients with retail product recommendations to enhance their skincare routines and boost sales through friendly, knowledgeable service.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification to perform esthetic treatments and waxing services.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body waxing, threading, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and adherence to health regulations for safe treatment environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a positive client experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and recordkeeping.
