Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, lash/brow tinting, microneedling, laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver advanced skincare services to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines, cosmetics, and retail products that complement their treatments.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare routines.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols throughout all procedures.
• Utilize salon management software such as Patient Now for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing updates on treatments, promotions, and client success stories to boost our online presence.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services including check-in/check-out processes, answering inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups.
• Upsell retail products and additional services in a friendly manner to maximize guest satisfaction and salon revenue.
