We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and results-driven Licensed Esthetician / Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and create treatment plans
• Perform advanced skincare services including:
• Hydration Facials
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling
• Microdermabrasion
• LED Therapy
• Collagen Lifting Facials
• Acne & Anti-Aging Treatments
• Perform body contouring services including:
• Cryo T-Shock
• Sculptor Body Contouring
• RF Skin Tightening
• Cavitation
• EMS Body Sculpting
• Educate clients on treatment options and home care
• Recommend retail products and treatment packages
• Document client progress and maintain treatment records
• Assist with social media content creation including before-and-after photos and videos
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Esthetician License
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments preferred
• Strong consultation and sales abilities
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable creating social media content
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow clientele
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
