Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician with at least 3+ years of experience in advanced skincare and client-focused service. This is an opportunity to be part of a founding team and grow with a premium brand.

We are especially interested in estheticians with diverse skill sets who are confident in both treatment execution and client consultation.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in advanced facial treatments (custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacial, etc.)
• Experience or strong interest in laser treatments and medical-grade skincare
• Strong ability to consult, educate, and build long-term client relationships
• Proven track record in retail sales and treatment package recommendations
• Aesthetic eye for detail and commitment to delivering visible, high-quality results
• Professional, polished demeanor with a luxury service mindset
