Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body contouring, skin resurfacing procedures such as esthetic RF microneedling.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client information, treatment details, and medical records.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, anatomy knowledge, and new treatment modalities to continually improve service quality.

Skills

• Valid licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Experience with aesthetic treatments such as hydrafacials, dermaplaning dermabrasion, medical records management, and esthetic microneedling treatments.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and overall skin health principles including anatomy insights.
