Double Trouble Studios is looking for a new team member!

Job Summary: At Double Trouble Studios we are seeking a driven and compassionate licensed esthetician or cosmetologist to join our team! The ideal candidate will posses an eagerness to learn new skills and provide the best customer service to our clients in and out of the treatment room. This role requires a teamwork attitude, positive mindset, and clear communication with clients and other staff members. This is a waxing specialist role to start with opportunity to grow other skill sets. Experience is not necessary to apply for this position. The best fit candidate will be selected to join the team!

Daily Duties

- Arriving to work on time

- Turning on lights, music, computers, turning down wax pots

- Washing and folding laundry

- Answering phone calls and text messages

- Performing full body waxing services on clients

- Discuss and recommend at home skin care treatments and waxing after care treatments with clients, discussing the product lines Double Trouble Studios carries for retail

- Checking out and rebooking clients

- Maintaining a 50% client retention/rebooking rate

- Maintaining an exceptionally clean work environment

- Cleaning duties including: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning wax pots, any equipment or tools used during services, keeping treatment room sinks clean and empty, taking out trash, dishes in the break room, bathroom, wiping down high touch surfaces, stocking/cleaning coffee bar

- Turning off lights, music, computers, filling and heating wax pots at the end of the work day

Requirements: All candidates who apply for this role must have these items unless an exception is listed with the requirement.

-Active/Valid CO Esthetician License

-Active/Valid Esthetics liability insurance (if you do not have this or know where to get it, we can help you during the hiring process)
