PUR LIFE Medical Austin is seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our growing med spa team. This role is ideal for someone who loves advanced skincare, luxury client care, Head Spa treatments, wellness services, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.

The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, sales-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced med spa environment. You will provide high-quality treatments, educate clients, recommend personalized skincare and treatment plans, support retail sales, and help create an elevated client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic treatments such as facials, dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation treatments, body waxing, lash/brow services, and other services within licensed scope of practice.
• Perform luxury Head Spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, massage, hydration, and basic scalp analysis.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess skin and scalp concerns and recommend appropriate treatments, home-care products, and treatment packages.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, treatment benefits, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and shared spa areas.
• Manage appointments, client notes, follow-ups, and checkout support using clinic or salon software.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking, memberships, packages, and retail product sales.
• Assist with front desk support as needed, including greeting guests, answering client questions, booking appointments, and supporting a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with the team on social media content, before-and-after photos, service promotion, and client education.
