Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sugarist to join our team. As a Sugarist, you’ll provide professional

hair removal services with precision, care, and expertise. You’ll be trained in The Bare

Method, our signature approach, that ensures every client leaves feeling bold, confident,

and radiant. Beyond technique, you’ll create a welcoming experience that makes every

guest feel celebrated and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional sugaring hair removal services with precision, comfort, and efficiency
• Deliver a client experience that reflects Bare &Sol’s promise: expert care, quality ingredients, and radiant results
• Educate clients on pre- and post-care to support healthy, glowing skin
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture
• Uphold Bare &Sol brand standards in every interaction, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Support retail and service recommendations to enhance the client experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (state requirement)
