Licensed Esthetician – Charlotte Brow Bar & Aesthetics (South Charlotte)

Charlotte Brow Bar & Aesthetics is a boutique, women-owned studio in South Charlotte specializing in custom brow services, waxing, spray tanning, lash lifts, facials, and advanced skincare. We are growing and looking to add a licensed esthetician to our small, supportive team.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized services in a calm, professional environment where both clients and providers feel genuinely taken care of.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an esthetician who:

• Is licensed in North Carolina
• Is reliable, professional, and client-focused
• Enjoys working in a small team setting
• Values education, consistency, and attention to detail
• Is comfortable performing — or willing to be trained in — multiple services

All estheticians are trained across all services. Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.

Services We Offer (Training Provided)

• Brow shaping & waxing
• Full body waxing, including Brazilians
• Brow tinting and laminations
• Lash lifts & tints
• Custom airbrush spray tanning (no booths)
• Customized facials and Hydrafacials
• Retail education and product recommendations

Schedule & Availability

• Weekday + weekend availability required (Monday–Saturday)
• No Sundays
• Schedule is structured to avoid overbooking and burnout
• Part-time position: 2-3 days per week, (open to close) with moving into a full time position possible.
