Empower MedSpa is hiring! We are a woman-owned and operated Medical Spa located in St. Albans, VT. We pride ourselves in offering state-of-the-art technology to assist our patients in reaching their optimal esthetic goals. In addition to offering a wide range of services, we also carry well-known, medical grade skincare including ZO Skin Health, Environ, and EltaMD.

The team at Empower MedSpa is seeking an established Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in our St. Albans office! As part of our staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our facility. You will provide a variety of services, including full-body comfort waxing, facials, chemical peels, lash & brow services, skincare consultations, and more! Excellence in customer service is a must, you will need to be self-motivated, have a willingness to learn and be able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for becoming expert certified in our medical grade skincare lines.

Responsibilities

• Patient charting and documentation.
• Having a working knowledge of the products we carry.
• Perform full body comfort waxing. (woman only)
• Perform skincare services, such as facials, skincare consultations, skin analysis, chemical peels, lash lifts, brow laminations, and more.
• Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products and procedures.
• Understand all services offered at our spa to make appropriate patient referrals.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and be willing to continue education as presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, waiting room, and retail shelves. - assist with daily laundry.
• Work directly with patients via phone, email, or in person to schedule and adjust appointments when needed. Maintain effective phone etiquette while occasionally handling incoming calls and inquiries.
