We are looking for a talented and motivated Esthetician/Lash Artist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and creating confidence-boosting results for every client. In this role, you’ll provide customized esthetic services while helping clients achieve their beauty goals through expert recommendations and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services including waxing and facial treatments
• Provide lash services such as lash lifts, tints, and/or extensions (based on experience)
• Analyze clients’ skin and lash health to recommend customized services
• Educate clients on aftercare, skincare routines, and lash maintenance
• Recommend retail products to enhance client results
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional treatment space
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build a loyal clientele
• Assist with scheduling and client communication when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Beauty Operator/Esthetician License (required)
• Lash experience (lift/tint and/or extensions preferred)
• Spa, med spa, or lash studio experience is a plus
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Confidence in retailing products and services
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and precision
• Motivated to grow within a team environment and contribute to long-term success
• Must be able to work 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week, including weekends *(business hours: 9am-7pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends)*
