Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, brow laminating, and lash lifting.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience through hospitality and professionalism.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics.
• Ability to market yourself as "The Go-To Esti". whether its through social media or marketing materials

Experience

• Previous experience in salon setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in various esthetic techniques, including facials, brows, lashes and product demos.
• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the esthetics field is highly valued.
