We are growing and seeking a skilled, passionate Esthetician to join our team that is motivated to working at our upscale Nampa location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

While following our proven step-by-step protocol system, duties will include

• Provide a range of esthetic services including but not limited to, facials, hydraFacial, HIFU, LED Skin Tightening Micro needling RF, Plasma Pen, RF & Medical Light Therapy.
• Perform dermabrasion treatments and ensure proper sanitization of all tools and equipment.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client inquiries.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area to uphold hygiene standards.
• Utilize straight razor techniques when applicable, ensuring safety and precision.
• Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with the community.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance service offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with various skincare products, tools, and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and aftercare advice.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid esthetician license in accordance with Idaho state regulations is required to be provided.
