An award-winning, fast-growing medical spa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Licensed Esthetician to work between two locations in Schertz and New Braunfels.

We specialize in membership-based facials and advanced aesthetic services, including customized facials, full-body waxing, micro needling, chemical peels, Diamond Glow treatments, lash lifts and tints, and professional skincare.

We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must provide excellent customer service, work well as part of a team, and confidently educate clients on treatment plans, memberships, and skincare products.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, customized esthetic treatments
• Provide thorough consultations and recommend appropriate services
• Educate clients on memberships, treatment plans, and home-care products
• Maintain strong rebooking and client-retention rates
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and prepared
• Assist with daily spa operations as needed
• Travel between both locations
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, promotional events, and occasional after-hours team functions

Qualifications

• Current Texas Esthetician License
• Experience in a spa, medical spa, or advanced skincare setting preferred
• Experience with multiple treatment modalities strongly preferred
• Comfortable recommending skincare products, memberships, and treatment plans
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, professional, and goal-oriented
• Able to receive feedback and work collaboratively
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays based on business needs
