Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and esthetician-specific dermabrasion techniques.
• Conduct advanced aesthetic services utilizing knowledge of color theory, anatomy, and skin science to customize treatments for each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client records, treatment plans, and medical history while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment packages that meet client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements such as esthetic laser devices and medical-grade skincare options.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion techniques.
