About the Role

We are seeking a passionate andLicensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, knowledgeable in a range of skincare treatments, and committed to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing services to meet individual skin care needs, promoting overall skin health, and maintaining a clean and professional spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional, high-quality facial treatments including peels, LED therapy, and microdermabrasion
• Tailor product recommendations to meet individual client skin care needs
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular facial treatments as part of a wellness routine
• Promote client retention through personalized service, product recommendations, and membership referrals
