Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform consultations, skin assessments, and treat patients with radio frequency face and body technology along with lymphatic drainage treatments. Altogether, your primary role is to provide a relaxing experience and enhance our patients' natural beauty and confidence. Understanding and conveying package sales is of utmost importance, especially with new clients. Marketing time will also be required, therefore a strong sense of confidence and understanding of the technology will be mandatory. Training will be provided on the device during an orientation of 2-4 weeks. Option for employee based status or 1099 independent contractor. Commission on package sales an added bonus. Professional resume required. We are not a med spa clinic as a whole.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona State licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with knowledge of radio frequency practices.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control protocols, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with medical records management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Additional skills in sales experience are considered a plus.
