Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by explaining benefits and recommending suitable options to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continually enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in performing diverse esthetic treatments such as facial procedures, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards within the beauty industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
