Job Description

We are seeking a talented and reliable Licensed Esthetician for a full-time position. In this role, you will focus exclusively on providing top-tier, high-quality facials. You will analyze client skin conditions, recommend personalized at-home care regimens, and maintain a pristine, welcoming treatment room.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
• Pay: $30.00 per hour + excellent tips
• Location: Galena, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, customized facials and skin extractions.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and design personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize advanced tools, including LED light therapy (on-site training provided as needed).
• Educate clients on retail products and home-care routines to enhance their results.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked treatment room according to state regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Active Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology license (Required).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional esthetics experience (Required).
• Availability: Ability to work a consistent 5-day weekly schedule.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of skin physiology, product ingredients, and facial techniques.
• Note: This position focuses strictly on facials; chemical peels are not performed at our location.
