Duties

• Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body waxing, Swedish massage with precision and care
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend customized skincare solutions based on individual needs and skin types
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document treatments, client preferences, and medical records
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic procedures to promote ongoing wellness
• Manage sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, skin physiology, infection control practices, and sanitation protocols
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of makeup application techniques and color theory to enhance client results
• Ability to stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments like esthetic laser therapy and medical-grade skincare products
