We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient education, and delivering consistent, high-quality results in a medical setting.

Position Overview

The Esthetician will provide customized skincare treatments, support aesthetic provider, and serve as a trusted skincare educator for our patients. This role requires clinical professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continued learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products ethically and confidently
• Support aesthetic procedures as needed (pre- and post-care support)
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and infection control standards
• Document services and recommendations accurately in the EMR
• Uphold the practice’s standards for patient experience, professionalism, and compliance

Qualifications

• Current Texas Esthetician License (required)
• Experience in a medical or clinical aesthetic setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to educate, build trust, and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Sales confidence rooted in patient care

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
