Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic services and a commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring patient satisfaction and promoting our range of products and services. The candidate will work alongside board-certified dermatologists and another licensed esthetician to provide results-driven skin care services tailored to patients' medical and cosmetic needs. We are seeking someone who is passionate about skin health, confident in educating patients, and experienced in working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Duties

• Provide customized esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and acne treatments.
• Perform advanced services including micro-needling and medical-grade treatments.
• Deliver exceptional patient services, ensuring patient comfort and confidence throughout each visit.
• Perform skin analysis and develop individualized treatment plans and skincare routines.
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and in-office procedures.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation in the EHR system.
• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve patient satisfaction.
