We’re Growing & Looking for an Experienced Estheticians!

Are you a licensed esthetician who is passionate about helping others look and feel their absolute best?

We’re looking for a full-time or part-time esthetician who has an existing clientele (or is actively building one) and is excited to continue growing in a thriving luxury salon and spa environment. Our prime location brings incredible visibility and opportunity, and we provide the education, support, and systems to help you grow a loyal, long-term clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional skincare services, including customized facials, facial waxing, and body waxing.
• Deliver a luxury guest experience by creating personalized treatment plans and educating clients on home care and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up care.
• Grow and retain your clientele through exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and professional networking.
• Recommend professional skincare products to help clients achieve their goals and maintain results between visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room while following all Pennsylvania State Board sanitation and safety regulations.
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, products, and continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with our salon team to create a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment for both clients and coworkers.
• Participate in monthly team meetings, education, and salon events.
• Contribute to salon marketing by sharing your work on social media and helping showcase the Ooh La La brand
• Uphold the values and standards of Ooh La La Salon by delivering excellence in every service.

Requirements

Is a licensed esthetician.

• Has an existing clientele (or is actively building one) and is excited to continue growing their business.
• Is passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping guests look and feel their absolute best.
• Provides customized facials, facial waxing, and body waxing.
• Is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting client relationships.
• Stays up to date with the latest skincare treatments, products, trends, and techniques through continuing education.
• Is motivated, dependable, professional, and takes pride in cleanliness, sanitation, and attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment while continuing to build and expand their clientele.
• Is looking for a salon to call home and grow a long-term career.

Pay: $12.00 - $40.00 per hour
