We are looking for a passionate, licensed esthetician who is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. We're looking for someone professional, dependable, team oriented, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials based on clients' skin concerns and goals.
• Provide professional skin consultations and recommend home care products.
• Perform facial waxing and other esthetic services offered by Retreat.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all Georgia state licensing regulations and sanitation standards.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service skills.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming spa atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Esthetician License (required)
• 2 years of experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability preferred
