Responsibilities

• Advanced Skincare Knowledge: Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and product ingredients to tailor treatments effectively.
• HydraFacial Proficiency: Proven experience in performing HydraFacial treatments, including knowledge of customizations and aftercare recommendations.
• Sinclair Technology Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Sinclair products and technologies (e.g., laser, radiofrequency, or microneedling devices) and the ability to explain these procedures to clients.
• Waxing Expertise: Skilled in both soft and hard wax techniques for various areas of the body, ensuring client comfort and effective hair removal.
• Customer Consultation: Ability to conduct thorough consultations to assess skin concerns and create customized treatment plans.
• Product Knowledge and Retailing: Familiarity with professional skincare brands and the ability to recommend home-care products to complement treatments.
• Sales and Upselling: Comfortable discussing and promoting additional treatments, packages, and memberships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Infection Control and Sanitation: Adherence to the highest hygiene standards and protocols for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor to build strong client relationships and ensure a welcoming experience.
