Responsibilities

• Knowledge of facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and skincare products
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines based on individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) accurately, documenting treatments, client preferences, and medical history
• Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and treatment options to promote ongoing skin health
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic techniques to continually elevate service quality

Skills

• Valid esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication and professionalism
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control procedures to uphold health standards
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management
• Sales aptitude to recommend products or packages that meet client needs while driving business growth
