Shine Intuitive Beauty is an established skincare studio specializing in results-driven treatments, blending advanced modalities with a personalized, client-first approach. We are seeking an experienced esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a spa, med spa, or professional skincare environment to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong foundational skills who is confident in their abilities, passionate about skincare, eager to grow, and looking to build a long-term career within an established practice. This is not an entry-level position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our practice blends advanced corrective skincare with customized, results-driven treatments. We work with both medical-grade and holistic skincare lines and believe exceptional results come from understanding the individual, not just the skin concern.

This is a diverse esthetics role that includes a combination of skincare, brows, lashes, and waxing services. While advanced skincare treatments are an integral part of our practice, we are seeking a well-rounded esthetician who enjoys working across multiple service categories and values building long-term relationships with clients.

Advanced treatment training is available for the right candidate, however, strong esthetic fundamentals and confidence in core treatments, including lashes, brows, and waxing, are essential.
