Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and aesthetic treatments based on individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client records, treatment plans, and medical history
• Educate clients on skincare products, procedures, and aftercare to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction
• Manage sales of skincare products and retail items to support client needs and business growth
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as tattooing or makeup application, and advancements in esthetic technology

Skills

• Valid licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Proficiency in performing aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards
• Knowledge of color theory, anatomy related to skin health, and medical records management
