Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, makeup application, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and routines to enhance clients' beauty regimens.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques, including deep tissue massage and hair styling as an added advantage.
• Previous experience in guest services or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with vagaro software is a plus for managing appointments and client records.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
