Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, derma planing, body wraps and swedish massages
• Administer advanced procedures such as esthetic chemical peels while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits tailored to individual needs
• Manage electronic records accurately for each client’s treatment history and preferences
• Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to enhance results and boost client satisfaction
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications related to aesthetic treatments and skin health

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Experience performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, facials, dermaplaning, swedish massage with hot rocks
• Familiarity with eyelash extensions is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
