We’re seeking a talented esthetician to deliver exceptional treatments, elevate client confidence, and transform lives through expert care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized facial treatments, chemical peels, DMK, Procell Therapies, body scrubs, waxing, lashes, and other esthetic services tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns and goals.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to enhance their results.
• Maintain accurate client records, including skin analysis, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Foster a calm, welcoming environment to ensure clients feel nurtured and supported.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and advanced techniques to continuously improve services.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals, such as massage therapists and wellness instructors, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Esthetician (Arkansas License required).
• Expertise in performing a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, enzyme therapies, lashes, and peels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand and meet clients’ needs effectively.
• Genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and making a positive difference in clients’ lives.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
