Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct aesthetic treatments such as makeup application, hair threading, and skin rejuvenation procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and packages that align with client goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as tattooing or advanced laser treatments, and ongoing education to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation standards essential for safe practice.
