Licensed Esthetician

Tranquility is a well-established, locally loved day spa with over 21 years in business. We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our supportive, guest-focused team. If you are passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we would love to meet you!

As a Tranquility esthetician, patience, teamwork, and professionalism are essential. Mature and professional appearance and demeanor are expected. We value estheticians who are knowledgeable, intuitive, dependable, adaptable, and friendly. This role is essential for ensuring our guests feel cared for, valued, and excited to return.

Schedule (these shifts are all available)

Mondays 3-8pm

Thursdays 3pm-8pm

Fridays 10am-1:45pm &/ 1:45pm-6pm

Sundays 10am-3pm

This role is commission based and can offer about 10-13 facials a week. This schedule commitment is mostly evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely client intake and SOAP notes
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room standards
• Communicate professionally with guests and front desk staff
• Contribute to a peaceful, team-oriented spa environment

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Esthetics License (required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of most aspects of esthetics required. WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL SPA. Must be willing to learn product knowledge, protocols, and be detailed oriented with clients.
