Licensed Esthetician

Truly Natural Therapies is a growing wellness center dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through natural, holistic services. We are seeking a passionate, motivated Licensed Esthetician who enjoys building client relationships and educating clients on skin health and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services within your scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Recommend home skincare products and wellness services that support client goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of other wellness services such as red light therapy and infrared sauna sessions.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing regulations.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Participate in wellness events.
• Assist with social media by creating educational content, sharing promotions, and showcasing your work while representing Truly Natural Therapies professionally.
• Work collaboratively with our wellness team to provide an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Current State Esthetician License (required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
• Sales confidence with the ability to educate and recommend products and services
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team atmosphere
• Experience is preferred but we welcome motivated new graduates eager to learn
