### Essential Duties

• Offer shear and color services
• Provide hair treatments including perms and straightening
• Provide makeup applications
• Style clients for special occasions
• Be flexible in providing appropriate services from our full menu, including relaxation treatments, facials, nail services, and waxes

• Keep work area including implements tidy and sanitary
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Handle guest questions and concerns with composure and courtesy
• Serve all guests in an efficient and friendly manner
• Promote the spa’s services and products
• Be invested in building a clientele
• Match clients with products that will fit their needs & goals
• Maintain the spa’s peaceful atmosphere through professional behavior
• Be available during business hours, including evenings and Saturdays
• Assist in spa events which may include providing off-site services
