Position Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate, Washington-licensed Master Esthetician with a minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing laser and radiofrequency treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, IPL, and skin tightening devices. A strong knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and a dedication to providing outstanding client care are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients’ goals and needs.
• Assess client suitability for treatments and deliver services on the same day when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records in clients’ medical charts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued service engagement.
• Educate clients on the treatment process, including pre- and post-care instructions.
• Keep treatment rooms pristine, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
• Highlight additional services and product offerings to clients.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Collaborate with the team and physicians to support aesthetic procedures.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Master Esthetician license.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Master Esthetician.
• Certification as a Phlebotomist is a plus (preferred).
