Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, licensed Master Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in advanced skincare treatments and brings hands-on experience in facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and microneedling. This role is well-suited to a skincare professional who is passionate about client care, results, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on client skin type and goals
• Administer chemical peels safely and effectively, following protocol and aftercare guidelines
• Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with safety standards
• Conduct microneedling treatments per certification standards
• Assess client skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment notes
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Uphold all sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Recommend and sell retail skincare products as appropriate
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
