Licensed Wax Specialist, Esthetician, and Cosmetologist

European Wax Center – West Springfield

is hiring a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our team. We are looking for service-focused professionals who take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality waxing services in a clean and supportive environment.

This role is ideal for both newly licensed professionals and experienced wax specialists seeking structured training, steady guest flow, and career development opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform body and facial waxing services using brand-specific products and techniques
• Provide a professional, guest-focused experience from check-in to service completion
• Educate guests on pre- and post-care and relevant retail products
• Maintain sanitation standards and comply with all state board regulations
• Follow established service protocols and center procedures
• Support front desk and team operations as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Esthetics, Waxing or Cosmetology License (required)
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel amazing
• Guest-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and a team-based culture
• Reliability, professionalism, and eagerness to grow
• Weekend and evening availability
