Compensation: $65-$75k

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed Esthetician (required) Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

What You’ll Do:
