Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post-treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."

As an Esthetician, you will

* Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working * Carry Esthetics liability insurance * Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations * Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services * Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals * Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude * Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff * Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership * Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
